Berry Popsicles

What says summer time more than a good ole' fashioned Popsicle? Better yet, what says

healthy

summer time than a homemade organic berry Popsicle (with no added sugars!)? Or better yet, what the heck do you do with a ton of berries that are about to go bad?

You make one of those healthy summer time Popsicles.

But freeze for a second.

Nice pun by the way, huh?

These suckers were sloppy as heck. Most homemade popsicles that I have made have consisted of apples or pears. I have to say that the consistency of these suckers once Little Bug started eating it, was kinda odd. It was extra

goopey (if that's a word).

She still loved it and ate it down but it left a major mess for me to clean up.

Next time, I think I'll throw in some apples. Or something.

But maybe you should give it a try and see what you think. Blend and puree your berries (or just make them like a smoothie) and use some homemade popsicle molds. We love the

Nuk brand

but are currently in the market for some non plastic ones.

Happy Sweet Summer Time!
